About Us
Grounds Operations Coffee started as an idea for a coffee shop by founder Ben Johnston and former business partner, Dietrich Ackermann, following Ben's passion for craft coffee and aviation, but had been sitting idle as just an idea until June of 2024, when Ben decided to take action on opening his own coffee shop. Grounds Operations Coffee is a fair trade coffee shop set to (hopefuly) open by April or May of 2026, that is currently being run by founder Ben Johnston and his new business partner, Buddy Marotske. We hope to open as a mobile coffee trailer around Colorado.
